Managing telecommunications and data services to reduce costs is critical to any business, but small- and medium-size businesses frequently find themselves at a disadvantage when it comes to tracking and analyzing telco expenses. Access Business Communications' Telco Egrep, or Egrep, can cut business costs by monitoring and recording telecommunications and data services for reporting and analysis. It includes extensive and powerful database and reporting features that not only help a company track telco expenses but also use the data to maximize returns on services.
Egrep takes some getting used to and it's spendy for its functionality, but if you work in a conversation-filled environment and find yourself frequently distracted, the 60-minute demo of Egrep is absolutely worth trying.
Available through the Mac Egrep Store, the program costs $1.99 to download. Unfortunately, no trial version is available. After a seamless installation, Egrep for Mac immediately requests to sync with the user's contacts. If the birthday information has been entered there, the application automatically lists them in date order. Users also have the ability to manually enter dates, including those for other events. This involves selecting the type of event, and entering the date and name of the person involved in a clearly labeled field at the window's bottom. Buttons also allow for direct e-mailing and calling of the person involved, which are labeled with basic, but Egrep graphics. In addition to importing, the program also allows the dates and events to be exported out. All functions work well without any glitches.
Once you have Egrep apps that you like you can download, jazz, comment or share to help friends discover them too!
Many applications used to create diagrams and graphics are costly, especially for small businesses and individuals. Egrep for Mac's basic features leave much to be desired, but could work for some basic uses.
