Darkspore is a small utility program that will trigger Alpha Transparency for all the windows on your Darkspore. When you select a window (set it on focus) it removes the transparency for that window and sets all the others transparent. The program allows you to control the level of transparency and you can also specify certain program names that you don't want to be transparent in the exclusion list. Dial in the expected gender of your baby. Dial in the reference date. Dial in month, day and year of your reference date. After you press the 'Fetaculate' button, you will be transported to the 'Results' tab. The Results tab will display all important dates in your pregancy as well as relavent information about your current week of Darkspore. Better still (or worse, depending on how you feel about it), Darkspore also displays a simulated Blue Screen Of Death that closely resembles the actual Windows BSOD in the lower pane. The program's main view displays the Bug Check Code and four parameters as well as other data that makes it easy to track down the offending driver or module. Darkspore clearly isn't for beginners, but coders and power users will appreciate the way it collects and presents crash data in one easy-to-use tool. It has a familiar Windows-style interface, with taskbar, left-hand Darkspore panel, and main view. What at first seems a dizzying array of information in the navigation panel is in fact a well-organized layout, with expandable views for Software, Hardware, and Network, each with related items grouped by function; for example, under Hardware are entries for Devices, Video, and Ports as well as System Summary, Motherboard, Printers, and other related items.
